Include: powder coating system, wet paint coating system, electrophoresis coating system and so on.

 
 

Our service include:

1. Communicate with client to confirm the process of coating system, including pretreatment
 & post-treatment, as per client’s product.

2. Provide general layout drawing, technical proposal & quotation for client.

3. Help client understand basic design idea and its advantage.

4. Prepare energy consumption table and cost analysis table for client, if necessary.

5. Provide necessary drawing to client to design the workshop and do other basic construction.

6. Produce machines, and help client on installation and trial run.

7. Give client’s staff basic training on machine operation, maintainance, trouble shoot and other necessary skills.

8. Provide auxiliary facilities as optional, like environmental protection equipment etc.

9. One year warranty policy, exclusive easy wearing parts.

10.After sales service support during machine’s whole working life.
