it use electrostatic adherence principle apply the powder to the surface of product.

To compare the liquid paint coatings, powder coating could get thicker  coatings, also, the powder could be recycle used.

So for powder coating, it is very important to save and recycle  the powder.

Small cyclone combined filter recycle system.

Each powder recycle system has its advantage and application area.

Powder coating booth

The main part of powder coating line, it is use for coating product.

According to the size, sharp of product, coating form could be designed all in automatic , semi-automatic or manual.

According to the size of product and the transporting velocity, we design different size of powder coating booth and arrange different quantity of spray guns.

BC provide reciprocating machine, powder supply center, coating booth, powder recycle system, electric control system for this powder coating booth.

The powder could be recycled more than 98%,and the structure of booth is also very easy to clean, no corner.

We have a modular standard for constructions. As standard the coating booths are constructed of stainless steel. As option, it can be produced totally or partly of mild or plastic.

The plastic is insulation, so it could anti static electricity, in this way , we could get better powder recovery rate.
